Resolved Giving admins the ability to noclip.

I think admins should be able to noclip in servers, my reasoning for this is that for the jailbreak servers, it would expand on the possible lrs. This is because that some maps, such as famous_final or hopjb, have admin only places which you need to noclip in to, such as "burgerking massacre." I can not think of any downsides of implementing this other than maybe admins abusing it, but I think that would be very unlikely.

Admins already have this functionality but is rarely used in general. Other than for purposes to confirm an exploit that is not reachable by standard ways.
