Sadly I never got the chance to be an admin on any tf2 servers ,but I was an admin on some (now closed) admin servers that my friends used to own ,but this took place about 4 to 5 years ago and I didn't do my job on those servers most of the time.

- What servers are you primarily applying for?
I am applying for any EU and US servers From Jailbreak and Deathrun to x10/x100/etc.

- Which admins (if any) do you know?
I can't say I am good friends with any of the admins but I will list my experience with the ones I met and talked to
-ImpossibleZ: we met on the Jailbreak servers a few times and I am part of his discord group

-Engie: like with ImpossibleZ we met on the servers and talked on discord

-zblock: I am repeating myself but like with the previous admins my experience with him is meeting on your servers a few times

-Mafioso and Kat1050: I never met them in the servers but we talked on discord a few times

-Jampoint: the only time we met on the servers the "rules drama" started

-Ramen: met on the servers a few times he was my introduction to the community

Those are all the admins I had interacted with a bit more in the past

- Are you familiar with the admin role and commands? ie - what is expected of you
As I specified before I was never truly into an administrator position but I understand that admins are expected to be polite,fair and mature because an admin represents the servers and the community and I will do my best to improve my behavior to fit the administrator role.

As far as the commands go I know only basic ones but I am familiarizing myself with all of the commands from this website: https://wiki.alliedmods.net/Admin_commands_(sourcemod)#Extended_Commands

- Why would you be a good addition to the servers as an administrator?
I have been a donor on your servers for about two months now I always do my best to help the servers and players but my powers are limited I have seen people avoid votes or use their friends to get them denied.I wish to help the servers and the community grow in quality and numbers and I feel like this is one of the best ways I will be able to .

Until now I had a bad record on Blackwonder with comm bans and team bans but I did my best to change my toxic and idiotic behavior that I displayed on those servers.

Flux is the only community I got myself so involved in and from the second I was introduced to it by Ramen and ImpossibleZ I felt in love with it and now I wish to be an even bigger part.
- Give us a brief rundown of punishments you'd give out to users breaking different rules.
Jailbreak:-Freekilling: a warning/a slay/a 1 hour team ban if it continues will constantly increase it

-Mass freekilling: 24 hour team ban/a permanent team ban if it continues

-Mic/Chat spam: a warning/a mute or gag for 30 minutes/a gag or mute for 120 minutes/will constantly increase it

-Illegal FF: a warning/a 120 minutes team ban/will constantly increase it until a permanent team ban

-Hacking: gather enough evidence and issue a permanent ban

-Name Changing trolling(name change binds): a permanent ban

-Abuse(donor/admin): gather enough evidence and report it to higher authority

-Favoritism: a warning/a 120 minutes team ban/will constantly increase it

-Ammo glitch: a warning/a 1 day ban/will constantly increase it

-Disrespect: a warning/a mute or a gag for 30 minutes/will constantly increase it

-Freehit/Intentional baiting: a warning/a 1 hour team ban/will constantly increase it

Deathrun:-Favoritism: a warning/a 120 minutes team ban

-Mic/Chat spam applies here as well

I am an average person I am part of a basketball and swimming team which I attend on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
I live in Romania and i enjoy drawing/painting.
I sometimes work as a waiter/cashier but only during vacations and i enjoy RTS games like Warhammer 40k,Warcraft and Starcraft.

I appreciate the feedback the ban is from 2 months ago but its not an excuse what happened is that i accidentally killed 2 non rebelling reds while shooting 2 others and got banned for mfk

As @Osome Oli said above, your app isn’t too well written, and the uncapitalised “I”s make me cringe. Your bans from Blackwonder also don’t give me too much confidence that you’d be a good admin. Neutral unless anything else comes up. Good luck.

I've seen you play on the servers, generally all the time when I am on. You generally act in a mature manner, however there are incidents of you being immature etc. However, more times then not, you have acted properly.

The underlying statement is that I think you'd be a good candidate in the future, maybe not now, as Osome Oli said. If you'd apply in a months time, with improvements, you'd have a higher chance of being accepted.

I've played with you for quite a long time on the servers since I got Donor some more, and you enforce rules extremely well. You are sometimes that tad bit immature but I feel as if you'd make a great admin who can enforce rules correctly. The only problems I have with you and your app is that there are a handful of grammar mistakes, and like @Osome Oli said, you've had quite a few punishments on BLW.
