I formatted my PC awhile back with a difference version of windows, its been 4 years and I'm getting back into tf2, I don't intend to reinstall cheats, I just wish to play some uber-mvm and dodgeball again.

Your ban was a long time ago and I don't see any recent history of you being banned on other servers, so I will unban you. If you are caught cheating again you will not be unbanned no matter how long ago it was.
