I have never held the position of admin before, or anything close to that. Having never been afforded the opportunity doesn't exactly help.

What servers are you primarily applying for?
I am primarily applying for TX Jailbreak, being the type of server closest to me physically.

Which admins (if any) do you know?
Jampoint and Ramen are the two I know most, but I have interacted some with The Mafioso Courier.

Are you familiar with the admin role and commands? ie - what is expected of you
Of course. I know from observing and assisting administrators in the past that admins are responsible for upholding server order and keeping everything running smoothly.

Why would you be a good addition to the servers as an administrator?
I am an active member of both the main Team Fortress 2 servers and the Discord. This means I can remain accessible if the need for my help or thoughts arises.

Give us a brief rundown of punishments you'd give out to users breaking different rules.
The first few offenses would be simple warnings, but if the offenses continue or escalate, the user or users would be kicked with a warning.

Anything else you'd like to add - maybe a bit about yourself, ie - interests, hobbies, education, etc etc
I have ADHD, which means I tend to have the attention span of a teaspoon. I also get incredibly nervous around new people. Due to both this and a lack of self-confidence, I do not like to use my mic in-game unless absolutely necessary.
In addition to TF2, I also play a variety of Nintendo games, such as Metroid and Kirby.

Pretty new to the community, punishments section is very lacking and needs to be more detailed. Can be toxic and have seen him do things out of spite which isnt a great trait for position of admin. Lacks actual jailbreak experience to have a good enough knowledge of the game to be an admin. -1 From me.

Positives:
-Has lots of playtime on the servers
-No bans recently nor in the past
-Knows rules and tries to help enforce them
-Gets along with players and admins

Neutral:
-No admin experience. However, an admin must learn at some point.

Negatives:
-The application is lacking a lot. The responses are short and only one to two sentences. There should be a list of punishments, not just a short response. For example:

• Mass freekill > 1 week ban
• Blu with no mic > Permanent teamban

Like this, but it would be a longer list about most or all of the punishments you can give for Jailbreak or in general. You can use the rules as a guide.

I still see a lot of potential in this application, as you are a great applicant, but you seem to lack confidence in this application so far, and the only problem I have with you right now is the application is missing a few things. You can still edit it to make it better. I'm going to stay neutral leaning towards a +1, because I still want to see what this application can bring. Good luck!

Not a terrible idea, you shouldnt lose faith after one negative opinion. Let admins decide not plebs like me and others. Have hope!!!

Sadly people don't pay as much attention to admin applications but i'll give mine from seeing you on discord and forums (As well as my opinions on the app)

You are accouple months into this community or at least when I noticed you around however you are mature and know what you're on about (So already you're better than 90% of flux) However I feel from you being so new here it would give a disadvantage to it.

The admin application is short compared to other ones and I feel it doesn't go into as much detail on certain things as ;

I would just suggest adding on more detail to the three

You are friendly to a lot of members and are a good fit to the community
However I would say Neutral

Either way good luck on your forum, don't give up because nobody is seeing it because everyone this year so far got declined

Gonna have to give a +1 on this application.

From what I've seen so far, Plasma is a relatively sensible and mature person, with minimal salt and a pretty prominent presence in Flux.tf trade, and TX Jailbreak. Despite what his lack of confidence might suggest, I think Plasma is one of the few applicants who really cares for the server, and would like to help ensure it's longevity. This, combined with the fact that we'll be getting an inFlux.tf of players during summer, is the main reason why I'm leaning towards a +1.

As for the negatives - most notably his lack of detail in the application, and his tendencies to act out of emotion - can be easily worked at over time. I, personally, would be happy to help him learn the necessary commands, and help him get around the necessities of administrating a server.

Firstly, I won't give an overall rating, as it would be unfair for me to judge you just based upon your app and some occasions I have seen you on Discord. I haven't seen you in-game because time zones, so I won't say anything about that. The application is good, there isn't anything that's a sticking point. However, I think a more detailed punishments list would mean we can get an insight to how you punish rule breakers. It doesn't need to be an exhaustive list, just the main ones i.e. freekill, spam etc would do.
