- Specify your timezone and rough playtimes~ GMT (Greenwich Mean Timezone) Estimate playtime : 4pm-9pm on Weekdays, 9am-9pm on Weekends but I'll try to be online as much as I can because I want to dedicated a lot of time into flux.

- Have you been an admin before and where? Not in TF2 but in Garry's Mod I've been an admin and it was a deathrun server that got shut down shortly after my staff acceptance.

- What servers are you primarily applying for? Mostly EU Jailbreak servers but if needed I will help on other EU servers if needed, I'm not really anyone interested in language so I most likely not help on foreign servers.

- Which admins (if any) do you know? I do know admins but I'm not friends with them nor enemies, but they are ImpossibleZ, Engie, SWIGGY, Death/Flamingo and that's all.

- Are you familiar with the admin role and commands? ie - what is expected of you I do understand what the admin role is expected from me, I'm treated and treat others like a normal player, no singling out others or myself, I also don't use my abilities to my advantage, for example broadcasting that I'm going afk or something, I am not familiar with the admin commands, I've never been involved with commands and I don't have any experience, but if I do get accepted then I will only use the basics like mute/gag, ban, kick etc.

- Why would you be a good addition to the servers as an administrator? I'm friendly towards new players (also gibus and pyrovision players) I will guide and help people who don't understand rules or are new to the flux community, if they need the rules I will say just type blank then read the rules and generally sort of "baby sit" them until they understand the basics, also I try to be online most the time but I will occasionally take 1 day breaks due to education and school. I also am very social (explaining why I'm so open with my threads) I love communicating and I will assist admins and normal players, final thing I love this community and I want to know more because I want to join the "helpful staff group."

- Give us a brief rundown of punishments you'd give out to users breaking different rules.
-Micspam = Warn, 30 Minutes Mute, 1 Hour Mute, 6 Hours Mute (Increases the more time they micspam.)
-Chatspam = Warn, 30 Minutes Gag, 1 Hour Gag, 6 Hours Gag (Increases the more time they chatspam.)
-Accidental Freekill = Slay & Warn, 30 Hour Teamban, 1 Hour Teamban, 2 Hour Teamban (Increases the more time they freekill)
-Intentional Freekill = Slay + Teamban 1 Hour, Teamban 2 Hours, Teamban 6 Hours (Increases the more time they freekill.)
-Intentional Mass Freekill = 2 Day Ban, Permanent Teamban.
-Accidental Mass Freekill = 2 Day Ban, Permanent Teamban.
-Admin/Donor Abuse = Warn, Report to higher members of staff.
-Intentional Illegal FF = 1 Day Teamban, 3 Day Teamban, 1 Week Teamban (Increases the more time they intentionally turn on FF.)
-Accidental Illegal FF = Warn, 1 Day Teamban, 3 Day Teamban (Increases the more time they accidentally turn on FF.)
-Disrespect = Warn, 1 Hour Mute/Gag, 2 Hour Mute/Gag, 6 Hour Mute/Gag (Increases the more time they disrespect.)

- Anything else you'd like to add - maybe a bit about yourself, ie - interests, hobbies, education, etc etc I love videogames, that's pretty much all of my hobbies, my interests are technology, space, paradoxes, riddles, gender and sexuality, being generally social, my education is going fine, I got a lot of B's to A's and my dream job is to become a therapist, I love helping people in need so I think being a therapist is a perfect opportunity for me, but if my therapist job fails I'd love to become a musician, primarily on the piano. Also I love making SFM posters, finally my TF2 main is Scout if anyone is wondering (which they probably aren't.)

I do not see this as a valid reason to avoid Flux servers that are located outside of the EU considering English is also spoken in America... If it were due to ping and time zones that'd be understandable, but I still see absolutely no reason to have included this in your response considering all of our servers are in English. My rant aside, here's my view on this:

• Many grammatical errors
• Lack of independence from you

  "30 Hour teamban, 1 Hour Teamban" Assuming you meant to put 30 minute teamban for that one.
• You tend to be a bit spammy at times
• You seem to engage in fights when they come your way rather than being the bigger person and putting a stop to the problem.

In my opinion you are a friendly person, but I don't know if you'd do good as a staff member so I'm going to have to give this a thumbs down, but thank you for applying and good luck either way!

No, it's fine I just didn't wanna add my response yet since it wasn't really about the applicant (btw the picture is missing now, I don't know if you deleted it or if the link broke or something but it's good to have and I want to elaborate on it.)

I don't punish for advertising hacks without warning unless you used a legitimate bind (like get good get lmaobox in the weird font) which means you either did use such a bind or you were "joking" about it after I warned you but you continued anyway. Unfortunately the chat logs from then are unavailable so I can't tell.

Looking at the app, it looks pretty fine with only a handful of errors. My biggest issue however comes up with your behavior. Every time something doesn't go your way, your first reaction is to try and play it off as if you wanted it (prime example is you asking for dumb and negative ratings). It makes you come off as childish and ill suited for admin powers.

I don't like how you kept spamming useless posts in Off-Topic that could've easily been brought up on Discord.

This application's grammar and formatting is not bad, I mean: I've seen worse before.
But it's not the application that is the main problem, it's your attitude.
I'm not really certain about what to think on some of your actions, such as when you start posting statuses stating: "I'm the worst person in this community..." or "Dislike me as much as you want". It's not the typical kind of behaviour that we would find ideal for an individual obtaining privilege of administrating the servers.

If you can change this attitude and get a little more involved in the community, as well as maintain (if not improve) the quality in the application, I think you would definitely be on the right track to acceptance.
And if you want further help or if you need inspiration on what you should write or what is expected of you, you can always take a look at the accepted applications. (No copying.)

Blackwonder Bans | Blackwonder Comms only pointed out blackwonder comms and bans since they are the most, the latest ban for outonowen for call abuse was a long time ago and we don't ban for that kind of reason anymore.
Okay, so basically, I've taken a look at your Blackwonder Comms and Bans, you were silenced permanently, banned one time in Blackwonder because of a report that was held up against you.
Your application is pretty neat, good explanation for each question that is asked, and that's all.
What we DON'T like is your behavior, spamming 20 threads in the Flux forums, and this.

We don't expect an administrator to have that sort of behavior, we know that you are joking, but you just shouldn't spam the shoutbox like that, that makes you look pretty immature.
As for your in-game behavior from what I've seen, you looked pretty fine, until I saw this:

Your Chatlog is COMPLETELY spammed with the !fp and the !tp command, I don't know why but perhaps they aren't working for you because you place the dot at the end of the command, if it's not working, then ask in the chat why isn't it working, not spam it constantly because it'll probably work.
