I do know about the role of an Admin but not all that much about the commands
- Why would you be a good addition to the servers as an administrator?
I belive after experiencing alot of rule violation going on your servers and unable to call for a admin i belive there is needed a admin with my time zone (CEST/CEWT or Central European Summer/Winter Time)

although i don't know about the commands im willing to do the reseach
(i know really well someone without experience is'nt what you want to trust with the admin role but i will just put this out there and hope for the best ) .And also yes im from Norway

Pros:

• Willing to do research on the Admin Commands. (Good Effort)
• Knows the role of an Admin.
• Has a lot of free time.
• No Admin on his time zone (More Frequent Administrating)

Neutral:

• No Admin Experience.
• No Experience with Admin Commands.
• English isn't the primary language. (I can often look past this point.)

Cons:

• Poor Text Formatting.
• Poor Text Structure.
• Only plays on Jailbreak.

Even though this application's structure and formatting aren't very good, there are a lot of positives that lie within it, and it definitely is clear to me that you are willing to become an Admin. Even better, it shows that you're willing to put the effort to even research the Admin Commands if necessary.
But what I think is the strongest positive in this application, is the fact that there are generally no Admins when you connect to the flux jailbreak server, which is due to your Time Zone.
I think this is perfect, as there will be more frequent Administrating. Not only that, but you seem to have a lot of free time as well.

The biggest problem, however, is that you only play on one specific server.
Now I've mentioned this to a lot of people that I've replied to recently about their applications, but you need to be able to also hop between different flux.tf servers.
But what negates this point is what I've stated earlier, you're willing to put the effort into research!

I think that this application deserves a +1[].

I have never seen you on the Jailbreak servers, I'm there for almost 12 hours non-stop, your timezone is ahead of me 2 hours, so let's say I've been there for 10 hours in your timezone.
Still lots of hours, aren't they? Although, if I have seen you on the Jailbreak server, having good behavior, enforcing rules, good grammar and spelling, I would give this admin application a Thumbs up right away, but for now I'll stay NEUTRAL leaning onto THUMBS DOWN.
I'm judging your application for now, as you've stated that you play

There are two jailbreak servers, so maybe he is not on the one that we usually go to.
