Why would you like to become a moderator?
well i really enjoy my time on the server and do my donations once a month, as i watch the server go by every time i play there are staff in my morning but not my evening so id like to fill in that time slot if possible

i am working now but am still available for almost 12 hours a day during Europe's nighttime which is my daytime, ive been working on myself quite alot and can say that i am alot better than i was a couple months ago and plan on playing on flux with or without mod , thanks for reading

While the punishment ladder is formatted weirdly and the punishment times are in my opinion a bit odd in that they jump from small to big, it doesn't really matter to me as we can just teach him the proper punishment ladder. This looks like a pretty good application. I can vouch and say that Tokyo has definitely changed and has become a much better person. So overall, I think I can say that Tokyo would be a decent moderator.

Thanks ginger and I know my ladder was a bit weird I studied other ladders for about an hour last night and kinda just did a community based ladder, it ended up being wonky but I needed to cook dinner so I thought it seemed good enough, but thanks for the vote of confidence

Hey Tokyo, thanks for applying! Straight of the bat, I notice a minor issue with your punishment ladder. Some punishments are rushed from 1 day to permanent or 1 week to permanent which is a little harsh. I've also noticed that one of your punishment state 1+ day which isn't a good sign to me as it shows that you are unsure of the duration.

Positive Remarks:

Tokyo is a bright individual with many capabilities. He tends to condemn players when at wrong and teach them the proper way of playing. He's a really friendly player and often helps out in the server as much as he could.

Negative Remarks:

I feel that Tokyo has a slight temper issue and I've seen him express it on the server a few times. He is lacking confidence at times which results in poor decision making.

Overall

I feel that he would be a good addition to the server as a moderator but may require some guidance due to his decision making ability.
