Servers consistently having shit ping (150-200) ((yes this isn't the correct thread but you guys don't have a thread that would fit this))

usually the ping i have on highertower (85.117.240.66:27015) and orange 100% crits (85.117.240.74:27055) is around the 10-30 ping but recently its just been abismal. The average ping I get now is 150-200 which is just unplayable. All I want to know is if this is getting resolved or whats going on?
