sorry for any staff that read the reason of report before i edited since it didnt make any sense.

Imo the reported action is a very minor thing , there were 4 players and he chose to do jeopardy meaning one of the reds had to await for a spot , this is not a very common scenario but stuff like this occur on JB from time to time.
