Why would you like to become a moderator?
I would like to be a moderator for the following reasons:
-I'd like to stop all the toxicity that goes around the server
-I have a strong hatred towards cheaters/exploiters
-I would love to moderate the server I always play on

When are you usually available to play?
Week : 15:30-20:00 (GMT +2) and in Weekend: Whenever im online and needed

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
Cheating in any way: Permanent ban (I will provide proof)
Voice spamming: Mute 30 mins (If it happens again the mute time will be raised)
Exploits:Warn > Slay > Kick > Ban (2 hours) > Ban (12 hours) > Ban (1 day) > Ban (1 week) > Ban (Permanent)
Spawn camping (inside spawn): Warn > Kick > Ban (1 hour)> Ban (12 hours)
NSFW sprays : Spray ban (Permanent unless the player agrees to change the spray)
Racism : Silence (Will gradually raise the time of the punishment if it happens again)
Advertising other communities: Warn > Rename player (if the advert is in the player's name)/Gag

I am not familiar with admin commands but I will try my best to learn them
I will ask for help if needed and I will help if I am asked and available
