I have not been an admin on a TF2 server but I have been an admin on a Gmod server.
- What servers are you primarily applying for?
EU Jailbreak servers.
- Which admins (if any) do you know?
I know admins like SWIGGY, ImpossibleZ etc. but I don't know them as friends or buddies.
- Are you familiar with the admin role and commands? ie - what is expected of you
I am familiar with the admin role, I need to play according to the rules and act like the normal, rule following players but I do not know much commands because this is my first time filling the role as a staff on TF2, if you can help it would be highly appreciated.
- Why would you be a good addition to the servers as an administrator?
I will help newcomers and people who don't understand the role of jailbreak, I will assist other staff members if needed and I will not back down an opportunity to someone who is confused.
- Give us a brief rundown of punishments you'd give out to users breaking different rules.
Micspam = Perm Mute but I will warn to stop after and unmute them, if they micspam again I will do the same just last chance if after last chance and they continue I perm mute them. Spamming = Perm Gag but I will warn to stop and ungag them, if they spam again I will do the same just last chance if after the last chance they continue I perm mute them. Freekill would be a warn, if they suicide after I will let them off with a chance but if they don't I will slay them and warn them, if they continue I would slay them and warn them 1 more time and if they do it 1 more time it's a Perm Teamban. Intentional Mass Freekill = Instant Perm Teamban. No mic on blu = Ask to go off blu and if they do I will leave them be but if they don't I will perm teamban after 2 warns. LR Denial = Warn To Do LR but if refuse they get slayed and another person becomes warden. (either by force or them becoming it.) Disrespect = Warn To Stop, if continue I would gag/mute for 10-1hr. Afk Blu/Warden = Change Team To Red and if they do it again I will teamban them for 1-2hrs.
- Anything else you'd like to add - maybe a bit about yourself, ie - interests, hobbies, education, etc etc. I like talking about space, sexuality, mystery, facts, riddles, puzzles etc. I enjoy playing games, that's pretty much it, yes I know I'm lazy but I don't care. My education is going well, I got round B's - A's on my test and stuff, that's really about all!

Actually it's not the same, you haven't took the time to read it so you don't know what I've changed so next time please read it fully.

When i said the same i meant you made the same mistakes and the same BAD answers everything i said in your last app applies here as well but here we go

About the cons, App is short, well that's sorta opinion based, app is rushed, no it wasn't I actually put in time an effort into this app, the 3rd con is just a reworded version of con 2, wrong punishments, if you have basic grammar sense then you must know that when I say "perm mute" then proceed to say give a warning them un-mute I mean I mute, tell them to stop then un-mute so good try, the 5th con is completely incorrect I understood the criticism and tried to fix it, like the punishments and well the grammar mistakes are understandable but a minor detail. Also i'm not "desperate for power" there is a thing called support and I want to give flux that support so stop assuming everything.

Here short is bad because you literally posted this app after you received criticism on your other app which was also rushed because you made it so fast you didn't even realize where you posted it and your answers prove you are not mature enough to handle a position of authority!

Too much drama on your admin app.
You're dealing with bronze's concerns in a childish way instead of improving you're fighting him.
The punishments are very harsh and can easily be manipulated.
Compared to other admin apps I've seen this is very short with as much effort as me trying to do my homework the morning i'm supposed to send it in.
I haven't seen this app before it was re updated but either way i'm guessing it was worse then.

Legit here, whenever someone gives you advice or criticism, try to use their advice and also improve to do better if someone gives you bad feedback, not just ignore them and stay on your wrong opinion.

Whenever I play jailbreak all punishment by admins are either perm mute for just talking or perm gag for typing "repeat" like 3 times, you call mine harsh with a warning system while other people just flat out don't care and just perm ban/gag/mute.

I've never seen any admin perm mute/perm gag. And from your admin app it seems I know more admins then you.
I'm not speaking anymore on this chat as I don't want to join the drama this app already has.

Well whatever admin(s) you see doing this obviously are not doing their job correctly either then and if this really is the case, I suggest to make a demo/report on it rather than just leaving it be.

As far as the application goes, this one is much better than last time, however there are still a few grammatical errors, but none of them are major. Quite a few of the answers are a bit short and the punishments are still incorrect. Also, I don't see what the point is to permanently muting/gagging someone to unmute/gag them. Wouldn't it be easier to make a punishment that eventually expires rather than undoing it yourself?
