Why would you like to become an admin?
While most of my reasoning for applying is covered in my previous application, there are other things as well that I would like to mention. I originally did not plan on reapplying due to the decline reason being based off of my past - something which I cannot change. Of course, I am fully aware that I had a pretty terrible past here, and to this day I am still surprised by the extent of my past bad behaviour. I am no longer the massive troll I used to be. I believe my discord activity and chat-logs, as well as interactions with staff members should be proof that I am no longer extremely toxic, either. Over the years I have learned that it's better for everyone if I help instead of hinder, which is exactly what I try to do on both the discord and the servers. After discussion with a few staff members, some have suggested I try again, which changed my mind about not reapplying.
Furthermore, I would say that I have further improved my reputation since my last application. I have made more friends and am now more recognised on the jailbreak server as a regular.

I was muted around a month and a half ago for overtalk. This was unintentional and I apologise for my carelessness.
I may have been a self-proclaimed 'rulebender' for a week. This was a joke, I did not actually bend or intentionally misinterpret any rules.
I have also contributed to the server. Quite a few of the rules in the most recent rule-changes were suggested by me.
