- Specify your timezone and rough playtimes~ GMT. I usually play TF everyday, for however long. It could be 20 minutes all the way up to 8 hours and sometimes higher. I will normally play Flux servers in those times, but may hop to others.

- Have you been an admin before and where? Primarily on Discord. The Discord servers weren't big at all. There have been other cases where I was an admin, but I don't truly remember those.

- What servers are you primarily applying for? Mainly for JB and DR servers, but I can hop round to others if requested.

- Which admins (if any) do you know? Engie, Kitsune, Ramen, Lunar, zBlock, Ainsley.

- Are you familiar with the admin role and commands? ie - what is expected of you. Yes! I know how to be a supportive admin and understanding to other people. I know the classics such as the slaying, banning, kicking commands but if I ever need to know others, I can say /admin to view every command.

- Why would you be a good addition to the servers as an administrator? I do care for the server and I do want to let people have a good time. I get so annoyed when people ruin others time. I am an ex-donor so I have some experience with it. I understand the responsibility and commitment it takes to be an admin. I'd treat everybody fairly.

- Give us a brief rundown of punishments you'd give out to users breaking different rules.
Freekill (Accident) - Slay

Freekill (Purpose) - First time : Slay or/and few minutes teamban, Second time : Hour or longer teamban.

Mass Freekill - First Time : Teamban for 1 hour and above, Second Time : Teamban for a day or longer, Third time : Perm Teamban

Mic Spam - Always a Mute. Mute for a certain amount of time. Anything up to 20 minutes and above.

Racism - First Time : Mute/Gag for a day-week, Second Time : Week-Month Mute/Gag, Third Time : Temp ban and ask Noodl how long/any other hr admins.

Cheating - First time : Day - Week Ban, Second Time : Week-Month Ban, Third Time : Perm Ban.

No mic on blu - No warnings. Perm teamban them until they prove they have a mic = unteamban

Leaving to avoid punishment -No possibly warnings. Leads to a 1 hour ban from the server.

Chat Spam - Gag for up to 20 mins and above

- Anything else you'd like to add - maybe a bit about yourself, ie - interests, hobbies, education, etc etc. I won't lie, this is my third admin application, but now I feel a bit more mature and more experienced with the server.

The punishments are harsh, won't lie to ya, and I've also seen you a few times in the server but didn't quite concentrate on your behavior, but from what I remember, you're a nice guy.
Application is short, probably took you 10-5 minutes, but it's well-done.
What I can say is, make the application longer, punishments better (as in quite more lenient) and that's it.
I'll give a -1.
If you get declined, and made a new application that is definitely a lot better, I will give you a NEUTRAL leaning to +1 (not a +1 right away due to me not seeing you on the server much, my problem, sorry :P)

I'm gonna give a neutral leaning to a -1 Because the application seems rushed and the punishments are unclear "Freekill (Purpose) - Slay/few minutes teamban" and i'm not calling you a toxic but you aren't the most approachable person for newer players and regular players. If you show you can be a more approachable person, I'd be happy to change it to a Neutral leaning to a +1

This is going to be my final post on this unless something extreme happens but you can't just say you "changed" without showing proof of it. I've been on now for some days and haven't seen you on.
Also with the application you can't just rely on Kitsune on everything. I understand if you need help on one thing or another but you can't let him do everything for you

Your accidental freekill punishment is the only one clear enough to be considered correct simply because there isn't much to it to begin with. The rest are either unclear or simply wrong. Unless we've had some kind of interaction with you under a different name or something, I don't know you so please remove me from your list of known admins.

Other than doing the app without copy pasta this time, not much else stands out unless you count your own claim of being more mature which to me personally doesn't mean much. I might change what I think based on other admin experiences with you.
