My First Attempt at SFM

So, I took an interest in SFM, and with the help of YouTube and the Wikis, I have attempted my first SFM poster. Please review it and tell me whats wrong with it, I'd like to get better.
PS:I haven't rendered the image as I do not know how to, it'd be helpful if someone teaches me please.

I did have some trouble with the lighting, I have no clue how lighting should be, I'm going to look at some tutorials to see if I can fix it.

Apart from the terrible medic cosmetics it looks pretty good
