Why would you like to become a moderator?
I've been donor for a good time and servers I join have Micspammers or people who break the rule's all that stuff and I can only vote the most important thing I can do is just kick people and I've been getting tired of that because I have to get the Players to accept that vote on the person.

2nd time: 1 Hour Mute.
3rd time: 3 Hour Mute.
4th time: 5 Hour Mute.

7th time: 1 Day Mute.
8th time: 3 Day Mute.
9th time: 6 Day Mute
Saying the n word in voice chat is an automatic 3 week ban and a mute for 1 Month.
If have a history of saying the n word is a permanent ban.

‣ Chatspam.
1st time: Warning to not Chatspam.
2nd time: 1 Hour Gag.
3rd time: 3 Hour Gag.
4th time: 5 Hour Gag.
5th time: 10 Hour Gag.
6th time: 14 Hour Gag.

Well I will be telling them to read the rules but I'm just too tired to put that in because this took me around half a day.

Your punishments range from too harsh to too soft and sometimes just plain inexplicable.
Generally, we only ban for issues in which a mute or gag would be ineffective and we never ban for comms related issues. I’ll also say that we don’t go below a 60 minute block for the minimum punishment.
I suggest you have a look at other people’s applications (but don’t outright copy)

Look at previously accepted applications and compare your own, especially the length of your punishments. I highly doubt you've taken a look at them, considering that you have very odd inconsistencies with ban length and choices of punishment. The application guide even suggests that you look at previously accepted applications. The vast majority of people declined for moderator do not follow the suggestion.

That is not what I'm talking about, I'm talking about the odd progression of your bans with seemingly random choices for length. For instance:

4th Time: 55 Minute Team Ban

Why wouldn't it be 60 minutes, wouldn't this be difficult to remember these specific times?

3rd Time: 5 Minute Team Ban.

I don't see the point of this as the ban would be shorter than slaying them and forcing them to wait a round of jailbreak.

6th Time: 1 hour 50 Minute Team Ban.

Again, why specifically 1 hour and 50 minutes, and not just 2 hours?

Also, as Dova has said, we typically don't give punishments shorter than 60 minutes. These aren't all the issues in your application and if you check other accepted applications (even just the example application, which you should have read), you should get a better idea of the length of punishments you should have in your ladder and the progression.

As for the choices of punishment,

They can just reconnect. If you want to give them a warning, then a slay/warning would suffice. There is virtually never a time where we prefer to kick people rather than slaying/warning.
