Make Thonk a Forum Rating

It would trigger people less when they get a thonk instead of a dumb rating in most cases and thonk is a pretty well known meme around these parts. Thonk is an inquisitive thing meant to be used when someone’s comment doesn’t make sense (much how dumb is used now) but is more friendly.
