Make a "Favorite" option

My suggestion is to add an option to Favorite posts, threads and comments so you can see them later in a separate area for a more quicker and precise way of viewing threads etc
This will not count as a rating.

No need.
As @Death already said, you can bookmark the page or even create a shortcut on your desktop with the site URL to enter the site post quicker, so I personally think it would be a waste of time to try and implement something like this when other methods can get the job done in exactly the same way and speed, if not faster.
