Favouritism is the act of treating someone differently from the others, such as a Prisoner.
And Fadel got banned for breaking multiple rules such as Freekilling.

Favouritism means treating certain players or classes unequally. Some examples of favouritism are:

• Constantly pardoning the same red but not pardoning others
• Making certain classes only do half an obby
• Only making one class e.g. snipers do a minigame
