Some people will probably remember me as HellYoshi; yes, that's me. I wanted to come back and, y'know, not be a complete moron. I've changed now and I want to have fun with this community again now that it's active again, and become friends with people again. I'm nowhere near the same person as 3 years ago and it's better for everyone's sake

This seems like a good appeal to me and I think it would be a good idea to accept this appeal. I remember hellyoshi and he is definitely different now then he was before.
