Why would you like to become a moderator?
I'd like to become a moderator because I see a lot of hacking in 100% crit servers along with a lot of harassment.
I also think it'd be a good starting point for me because I want to start becoming a moderator for more TF2 servers.

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
For small offenses, I'd ask them three times to stop before issuing the proper punishment.
For major offenses, I'd instantly put in place the proper punishment.

It would be better if you said what times you would be available to play.

It would be better if you described what the "proper punishment" was.

You're chatlogs are also not very epic.

And there's more which I cannot put because there is a limit. Another thing to note is that you only have around 1 day and 8 hours (32 hours) of gameplay time which I would consider to not be a lot. Overall, I do not think you would be a good moderator at all.
