I have never been an admin before, but I understand all the rules, the level of maturity of being an admin, and the expectations of being an admin.

Mafioso.
- Are you familiar with the admin role and commands?
Yes, the role of being an administrator involves a certain level of maturity and a high level of behavior which is expected from others. Also, many people are counting on you to ban, mute, gag, teamban, etc a specific player. I have knowledgeable information about the commands provided of being an admin. - Why would you be a good addition to the servers as an administrator?
I believe that I would be a cultivated asset to the Flux.tf administrator team. As I am currently donor, I enforce the rules by stating politely, I can handle the complexity and maturity of being an administrator. I am capable of handling all the multitasking as expected from an admin, I try to be approachable towards others by being friendly with no toxicity towards others. I know when to be “fun” and when to be “serious”, when I absolutely need to.
- Give us a brief rundown of punishments you'd give out to users breaking different rules.
Immature use of mic/chat: Warn - 1-hour gag/mute - 1-day gag/mute - 1-week gag/mute - Permanent Silence (gag/mute)
Disrespect/ Racism/ Toxic Towards Others: Warn - 1-day gag/mute - 1 week gag/mute - Permanent Silence gag/mute
Freekill: Slay + 30-min TeamBan - 1-hour TeamBan - 1-day TeamBan - 1-week TeamBan - Permanent Ban
Mass Freekill + Disconnect to avoid punishment: Permanent Ban
Mass Freekill: Slay + 1-day TeamBan - 1 week TeamBan - Permanent Ban
No Microphone on Blue: Permanent TeamBan (unless player provides evidence he/she has a mic = unteamban)
Hacking: Instant Perma Ban
These are only some of the formal punishments given at these times of circumstances, and when other difficulties come along, I suppose you perform the correct punishments to the misbehaved player.
- Anything else you'd like to add - maybe a bit about yourself, ie - interests, hobbies, education, etc etc
I apologize for my past behavior, I changed and I am now exceedingly more mature than my past self. I have learned lesson and I changed and I feel that I am capable of the responsibilities of an administrator. Now, to change the subject, here's a bit about me, I will have to complete my requirements and keep working hard in the classes I will be taking. Also making sure I take the right classes needed for a-g requirements because sometimes I am taking classes I don't need. My Avid teacher will be helping me for my senior year and will help me go through the steps that will help me through my senior project. And also, I am very apologetic for some apparent reason. Lastly, Thank you Noodl for making such a great community, I will always love and I will never stop even if this thread is declined or accepted!
