Reasons for and against this one, it would add a new thing for prisoners to throw at guards and for guards to use against rebels. But obviously that brings about the issue of freehitting, but no more than forcebaiting or freekilling already is; people who abuse the milk or jarate could be recorded and/or reported easily.

Jarate would be used for mfk for 2 people who are trolling but Mad milk really is just an item where you get hp from hitting people after throwing it in this idk what to pick tbh

No, since this promotes MFKers with Jarate, No wonder its removed for the guards, since they can throw it at the RED's and use a bushwaka to crit all of them, or get another class to kill all the RED's. Mad Milk is used for baiting, even tho i dont think it should be enabled for guards, it has its benefits.

No, theres a reason why rocket launchers are for soldier on guards, to stop rebellers.
