1: I think that there's a problem with people being kicked for e.g. free-killing and just joining back so i think donors should be-able to team-ban for a max or 20-30 mins

2: Countless times i have kicked people for no mic on blue but then ,during the vote, they use it and i thought as a way to counter it, donors can cancel their own votes by doing e.g /cancelvote .

3: And finally, I hate it when i get people !calladmin for me "Donor abusing" when its usually its completely in reason (i say usually because sometimes i mess up). I think players can do !donorabuse or !adminabuse and it comes up with what is and isn't donor/admin abuse. Players should be encouraged to do this via random messages in chat.

Giving players reasonable tools to use, does not mean they will use them. As you experience, a lot of players are pretty thick and do not/will not ever know that exists, and even then, will be convinced that they are right.

Vote teamban has been discussed elsewhere before, I recall the consensus being that if they have votemute, what's the point. It wouldn't be hard to write in though.

My only concern with /cancelvote is it being used to threaten normal players, even if it gets the same cooldown, I foresee a lot of donors calling a vote, then cancelling it to get someone to do something. Or just cancelling votes at the last second 'for lols'

donors in general seem to be doing a good job on those servers and the tools are useless because people will still call admin but the cancel vote idea is great and necessary in my opinion as it can make the life of any donor way easyer

I agree with !cancelvote it seems necessary but teamban on the other hand I don't agree. Because I think donors would use it for small reasons.

Can we have a !voteban ___ which takes effect for 100 minutes/higher

I don't think that should be implemented because you are basically paying to ban people
