Hi crazyguy,

Your ban dates back to May 24, 2022. This was on our Mann vs Machine server. Our anti-cheat system is designed to catch the use of third-party software but it does have its limitations. A majority of these bans, specifically on MvM are simply false. We've since then fixed this issue going forward.

Your ban has been lifted. I apologize for the inconvenience.
