class specifique war lr need to be banned

On JB server when there are 20+ players the server crashes. the round the lr is gonna be activated when the timer hit 0:00 "round starting timer" the server crashed this happend 2 times . in the same day. This make the server diying twice . So i suggest to ban this lr for good.

I still see no point of removing the classwars LR, they can investigate the issue and fix it easily. It could also be a bug in the LR, which they can fix. Still, don't remove it until they investigate the issue.
