We all have those games on jailbreak where we just pick red, and then a 12 year old with a $5 mic gets on and becomes warden, honestly I feel this is one of the most damning issues of the flux server as having an inexperienced warden ruins everything. I'd like to hear people's thoughts on the subject, and see how they might fix it.

This happens with every popular jb server. Nothing new, Sadly I hate it but what can you do

I'll admit. I'm a kid and I don't play on jb because of this. But thing is you are so fucking stupid for thinking that flux should ban every single kid player. That's coming from me.

Anyway, as of why we can't ban kids from being Warden, I am, myself, a kid, I understand Jailbreak very much (assumingly), and there is quite a few other kids that I saw having a microphone and giving orders pretty fine.
If you mean we should add voice hooks (the system that makes sure that you have a microphone before going to BLU), we can't but would if we can.
If voice hooks are added, every time you use the microphone you will lag continuously until you stop using your microphone, that is a very annoying thing and won't allow Jailbreak to be fun in Flux.
I'll ask Nobl if we can add voice hooks and fix the lag problem, we really do need that voice hook thing.

I didn't in any way mean that we need to ban all kids, its just that we need measures, like the voice hook, to stop things like this from happening, I know that the !fire system and the donors votes do alright, but there are still times when someone completely hopeless gets on and gets picked for warden, even just a simple message at the beginning saying if you are inexperienced playing warden, please go on red. Again, i'm in no way saying that they need to be banned, i'm just speaking about the lack of measures in place to stop inexperienced wardens from screwing a round over. If that wasn't clear i'm sorry, i'm not that good with words!
