I am appealing a permasilence and permateamban.

I got permasilenced by being extremely disrespectful towards ColdRamen, despite warnings from both him and Ainsley. I called Ramen a 'cold piece of shit' and 'admin abuser', so I was pretty much asking to be silenced.

While it was my fault and I accept responsibility for being unnecessarily disrespectful, the punishment was extremely harsh. It was originally going to be a 60 minute silence, but Ramen decided to make it perma for some weird reason. Previous to this, I had 10 comm blocks, 4 of which were removed 30 seconds after being applied, and 1 of which being straight up admin abuse from SWIGGY. I'd also like to point out that the longest previous comm block was for 500 minutes. Also, the reasons for punishments aren't strictly true. My gag is labelled as chat spam, even though that didn't happen. My teamban is labelled as mfk, even though that didn't happen.

The reason I didn't appeal sooner is because I was done with flux at the time. I was sick of all the donor abuse and squeakers so I just quit flux entirely for 6 months. During those 6 months I have been focusing on trying to improve my behaviour to become a less toxic person. I personally feel that I've become a lot less toxic over the course of 2018, although I can still be slightly immature. I've apologised to a few people at this community to try and remove any bad relations which could result in future disputes. I will apologised to more people in the future when I have the opportunity.

I have been popping in to flux jailbreak servers every now and then, and I've started to realise that I actually miss this community. So I would like to come back and resume being a member of this community. I would also like to be able to play on this server to the fullest extent again, hence the appeal.

Osome Oil being a somewhat decent friend of mine for a while I have seen him get a bit better and is generally less of a twat than he used to be when I talk to him atleast. Not sure if he has changed enough to be exposed to the young-ens of flux.tf and no sure if you are allowed to appeal all of your punishments at once, most likely not such a great idea. Oli acts as mature as a 15 year old can be and is generally not too bad especially in comparison to what he used to be like.

I don't dislike you at all. Sure I found you annoying at first with your donor abuse (which is the past so I won't discuss it), but after that I kinda felt neutral towards you. I actually like your personality a lot.

Granted I've been in and out for awhile and things I say may not be 100% accurate towards you nowadays but from what I remember you were (and maybe still are) quite a toxic player not only towards staff but to other players as well. personally, I have nothing against you but the previous comm blocks show you weren't willing to change then, what makes this time spent any different? All be it some may be jokes, you
had 12 instances to change and you didn't. This is not my block but I'm just projecting my view out there for @ColdRamen to help deliberate on the issue.

While I understand your reasons for not wanting me unsilenced, I've already pointed out that only 5 of my comm blocks were really legitimate, considering the majority were removed almost as soon as they were applied. Yeah, I did throw away a lot of chances that I shouldn't have, but I feel that I have not been given enough chances at all.

The primary reason I perma'd you was because of consistent bindspam, which seemed to be a permanent part of your character at some point - the toxicity was just a secondary reason. In both cases, it was getting extremely excessive, and I think most regular players on the server were just getting tired of it.

That being said, I will revert the silence - not because I think you've "changed," or whatever, but because I did the same for Hugo, and it wouldn't be fair if I didn't apply the same logic to everyone.

Please don't make me apply it again.

Well my only binds back then were 'noob down' and 'rekt' binds, which I don't seem to remember spamming at all. Thanks for removing it anyway and I'll try my best not to disappoint.

Also, is the teamban reverted as well or do I need to be online for that?
