I am just going to steal 8-Bit's famous pros and cons list for now.

PROS:
-He seems dedicated
-He is willing to put in time and effort to learn.
-Decent grammar

NEUTRAL:
-No previous admin experience

CONS:
-It seems like he had quite a bit of trouble just creating his application
-He does not have his Steam ID
-Application is very short
-What even is that poll?
-Bad formatting

I have never seen you in game before and it also seems like you had to have quite a bit of help from the comments to just simply get your application to the state it is at right now; lack of independence. I will be giving this application a -1. However, thank you for applying.

Going to +1 Kat and decline this, as there have been several iterations of this application. While I'm all for improvement, the first attempt was pretty measly.
Good final result though, maybe apply in a while later when you're more well known, and keeping up on Discord/forum activity. Discord is where most of that will go down.
