My Current steam name is: Scunt has been changed many times in the past members on Ur server has encourage me to change my steam name to this me and a lot of guards were talking and i said if everyone says 101 in chat ill change my name to Scunt Ur server has been great to me i love the community and the staff team

8:00 Pacific TimeZone I play up to about 3 to 5 hours a day on ur server i have been with ur community of this server for almost 2 weeks now and hope to have more fun on the server with great community
- Have you been an admin before and where?
No I Have not been admin on any servers but unless if Minecraft counts in the past but i am willing to share my help and time with this server
- What servers are you primarily applying for?
I have never tried applying for any TF2 servers this is my first time and hope to join the staff team and work with ur great staff team and have lots of fun with the Members of Flux JailBreak
- Which admins (if any) do you know?
i think his name is VideoGame and the other admin is TheMafiosoCourier
- Are you familiar with the admin role and commands? ie - what is expected of you
No But i am a very quick learner and could find them out i am a very independent person i will study all commands and master them
- Why would you be a good addition to the servers as an administrator?
I really enjoy playing Jailbreak servers and me and 2 of my other buddies have really enjoyed ur server and the great community i am always willing to help at anytime needed and can help anyone i will deal with fights and drama on the server and explain rules to people and much more
- Give us a brief rundown of punishments you'd give out to users breaking different rules.
Say if Someone Free Killed Id ask them to slay there self if they refused and continued the same procedure id team ban them. if someone was mic spamming or saying rude stuff over mic i would ask them to stop and if they dont mute them for what ever amount of time needed.
- Anything else you'd like to add - maybe a bit about yourself, ie - interests, hobbies, education, etc etc I enjoy playing basketball,Swimming,Biking,Hiking And much more i am a very active person but very much so enjoy my gaming like every other 15 or 16 year old does ;P i will list off stuff i believe i am

Fairness - I am a fair person who is thoughtful & considerate of other players. I try to see other people’s point of view before reacting to situations so I can make correct judgments towards them.

Humorousness – I love to have a laugh with online players as this helps to relax them and makes the community more enjoyable and happier in general.

Trustworthiness - I am a person who can be trusted with responsibilities and can be relied on to fulfil tasks given to me, and to help maintain the server.

Confidence - I am confident when dealing with all ages of people and speak in a positive & inspiring manner to help players feel better about themselves. I am courteous to players and try to be friendly and happy while online. I try to be available to anyone that needs me so I may help them in any situation. I am a very sociable person that can make conversation with any one at any time.

Selflessness - I believe myself to be a selfless person, which means that I put others before myself and care for the needs of others all the time. When I leave school, I’d love to work as a student Councillor and help students with anything from a little problem to something as big as self-harm. I feel for anyone who has an issue, no matter how great or small. People around me, some close, and others not, have or do self-harm or have suicidal thoughts. It is a common thing in this generation and to try and put an end to their pain and suffering is something that really matters to me. I know I can’t be there for everyone, but I want to be looked up to, trusted and be reliable so that people can come to me with their troubles if needed, and give me the chance to help them to the best of my ability.

I feel kind of bad because I hadn't even read the entire application and I'm already making my judgement on it, however, I can tell a lot about you from just the first few sentences.
The formatting is horrid, all bold and no spacing between each question which makes it very hard to find anything on your application. There are many spelling and grammar mistakes (please treat this as a serious application rather than if you were talking to one of your friends, for example "Ur")
The fact that you aren't even completely sure of the admins you know is also a bit of a concern, which brings me to never seeing you in game, and I usually visit nearly every one of our servers whenever I am online, so it is kind of odd that I have never come across you once.
Anyways, we have a rule that you must have at least 10 messages on the forums before you can post an application, but this is your only message, so that is a negative as well. With that said, good luck on you application either way!

But if that is true, we only met today. And now I'm concerned about the whole 10 posts thing. How the hell were you able to post an application?!

Ill say it like other people have said before me:
1.- The disease of the BOLD seems to be ever growing.
2.- Some grammar errors, ok not some, I am counting the times you didnt capitalize, so its a lot. I am also not a big fan of random CaPItaLizaTIon, so you have that.
3.-You asked me to tell you where you could find the forums which I happily gave , but then you kept having "problems" and that it wasnt letting you do things until I described exactly what you had to do, which shows a clear lack of independence on you part.
4.- Havent seen you a lot considering I just met you yesterday and yesterday (as of October 2nd 2017) was also the day you asked me to tell you how to become an admin, so very little times on the servers from what Ive seen, but who knows, I only play on Tx most of my time .
