- Have you been an admin before and where?: I've used to be a moderator of the -Absurdity Gaming- 3 years ago. Basically I was just patrolling deathrun servers, which was wasn't the best thing. But after a few months of inactivity, they have kicked me out of the team, because I wasn't active with them for long time. They had around 2 deathrun servers running. But basically they were planning to create the trade server one, but after over 15 days, I came to surprise that their deathrun servers had no players for like a while now, and so far they didn't create the trade server they promised. The Absurdity Gaming group had around 5,000+ users when I applied and got accepted, but today it has around 8,700+ members, I'm not sure currently if they're servers are running well today.

- What servers do you usually play?: I most of the time join TX Jailbreak servers, and sometimes deathrun. However, I rarely play on LA Jailbreak, EU Jailbreak and some of the trade servers (Due to latency and ping)


- What servers are you primarily applying for?: I basically want to apply for TX jailbreak server, every time we call a admin when there is a massive freekiller, no one comes on for at least 20 minutes until the admin responds, however, i'm not applying just for TX jailbreak server, I want to also patrol the deathrun servers (any kind)


- Are you familiar with the admin role and commands? I've used to know admin commands in earlier times, but today, I know very few of them, but as looking at "Admin Commands" page, i'm starting to learn stuff, but most of the time, admins use sm_admin command often to open up the menu, so I probably wont need that many to learn about SourceMod commands.

- Why would you be a good addition to the servers as an administrator? I'm online/available from 8 AM to 11 PM sometimes , but I can also patrol for these servers during overnight while they're no admins active at that time. I'm also willing to patrol the TX jailbreak servers at midnight (12AM-2AM). It's because there are people with no mics, or just brainless worms who doesn't know what "Jailbreak" mean, and there're no administrators active overnight. However, on Saturdays and Sundays, I may be gone for break, so I will not be patrolling these servers until 6-9 PM. I have a microphone and it's not shitty. Some people say my microphone is cutting off, it's because of jail_fort map that's causing issues. I know all the rules for the jailbreak, and I will obey them pretty much most of the time, and i'm promising that I will not abuse them, I will use them very wisely.

- Anything else you'd like to add - maybe a bit about yourself, ie - interests, hobbies, education, etc etc
My interests are traveling around sometimes, my hobbies are soccer, art and etc. My education is going to High School., which I don't want to name it. However, I may seem little angry or overloaded sometimes in video games like Team Fortress 2, at a same time, i'm happy most of the time, just you know I speak Russian language, but my English is very good and strong, so I should be able to speak it well.

But like I said, I WILL try to handle kids with bad mics, it's not that hard for me, like what i'm saying is, i'm not going to teamban or votemute them off because of the bad mics they got. I am cool with most of the children on BLU with mics, why did I even mention that in my application?

While you write a good application compared to others, the fact that you bump it, and post in the shoutbox for feedback, and keep deleting messages in Discord etc, leads me to question you a bit. Then there's the whole ban thing.

I don't know what you're like in game though.

I was afraid that my application will be declined for being "dead" i've seen some applications get declined for it. I was deleting discord messages, because so I don't cause some stuff to go far, but i've agreed that I wont delete any other messages from now on, except if I post a wrong link or photo.

Its a pretty good app, at least in my opinion. Aftermeth has potential as long as he can deal with whatevers thrown at him. He tried to help with the whole Syn incident that I described in my app, so I'd say hes pretty good, at least from my perspective. I know that my POV prob won't do much. I was in a game with Aftermeth, he was warden pretty much all the time. He did force warden, however, most probably because he did not want freekillers to be warden. However, his microphone is very glitchy on EU servers, which is where I see him most, (which can be fixed - on all maps, EU ping probably).

One concern is that many players state that they want a repeat, with an excuse of "your mic is glitchy", yet he keeps talking and ignoring. I believe it is because he has already repeated or just out of stamina to repeat all the time.

Neutral for me, but close to +1.

-Has a lot of activity on forums, servers, and Discord.
-Has admin experience.
-Can admin on a variety of Flux.tf servers.

Negative:
-INCREDIBLY impatient. He's constantly bothering me on Steam, telling me he wants to ask other admins to rate his application. Insult to injury, he tells me how he wants me to rate it, things to mention in it, and so on. And now, he's even mentioned he doesn't care if he gets accepted or not, all he wants is the final verdict! And I'm not kidding when I say that.

Im afraid to say youve dug your own grave. Patience is a virtue, and from what other people have noted, you do not possess it. Admins take their time for a reason and we (as the applicants) have to respect that. Being impatient just shows you want something, very, very badly. Wheter it be an answer or being accepted, you need patience to truly grasp the responsibility that being an admin is. With that said, good luck.

I'm here to say that i've been very impatient with this, like whoring out for feedback, i'll take the -1 from Jampoint, I don't know why I said "i don't care if i get accepted all i want is final verdict" that's just messed up. I will not even beg for another feedback, this is the last time i'm whoring for feedbacks, I will be patient with this application from now on. I apologize to those who I annoyed with this, this will not happen again, even in second application try. I will just be very patient from now on, but this is not fun. Like I said I apologize for this mess, it wont happen again.

Admitting your flaws is a good way to redeem yourself in the future, people have to see change in order to lay trust onto you once more. After all, change is what keeps all of us in check. Although your application and activity certainly is very good, I can't ignore the messages (to other admins as well as myself) asking about feedback and verdicts on your application.
While I don't doubt you'd probably be a decent admin, I'd take a bit of time to let the feedback from the way you acted around this application settle in a bit, then retry in some time.
