Completed Add mda chat to flux

We already have ehchat which is very ehhhhh. We need a mdachat because mda has always been much more accessible to common flux people. When a flux member speaks in mda their words are pure. If somebody speaks in eh their words are completely boring. The Flux Discord has some useless channels. If you were to add mdachat it wouldn't make a difference. Those channels could even be replaced by mdachat! There is absolutely no reason to dislike mdachat! While eh only has 3 followers, mda has atleast 50! That high amount of mda people could make mdachat a much more diverse place than ehchat.
