Being able to create a vote to scramble teams could help bring a little more balance to the server; Whether the players just feel like it or one team is dominating the other for an extended period of time.

Don't see any reason why it shouldn't be added Obviously it should be implemented with a cooldown to prevent frequent use of it.

This could work to prevent unfair advantages in teams, especially if there is alot of tryhards on the enemy team.

I feel like the game can be pretty obnoxious when most if not all of the good players are on the other team, so this would be a really good change to avoid those moments.
