Resolved A Chance For A Special Round (DB)

Basically , just as in other servers , the rocket has a chance to turn to a nuke , i suggest adding a chance to spawn two rockets at a time , the rockets could target the same player or not , perhaps even make it possible to vote for a special round of-course with a cooldown after every initiated vote ; a special-round at the end of each map? ( idk , perhaps decreased speed , increased speed , all invis , two rockets , nukes only , stealing allowed?? lol , rocket switches on each deflect )

I think before implementing any changes or modifications we should focus on populating the server.

If there is enough of a consistent player base we can revisit this idea.
