I owned and administrate an a retired Israeli community (2016-2021) with plenty of TF2 servers, such as Jailbreak, Saxton Hale, Surf, Dodgeball, Trade, MGE, Deathrun, Orange and more. I know how to work with SFTP, FTP, TF2 Plugins, Scrits, and configs. (I'm not a developer, But I know the basics+). I was running my own SourceBans, TeamSpeak server & Website forum. I was also head admin for 2 years In a retired CS:GO Community with around 10 servers.
On what server(s) would you like to moderate? Please list the server name and IP address.
Hightower: 85.117.240.66:27015
Vanila Orange: 85.117.240.68:27025
MGE: 85.117.240.72:27045
I will like to moderate all of them eventually. I have the time for doing this.
*You can put me in one of them for a trial, If you want to test my admin skills.

Why would you like to become a moderator?
I have plenty of time. In my time zone most of the staff are not available. Too many players are rule breakers, plenty of cheaters and exploiters to "clear", I can be everyday on the server (execpt Saturday). I have the best admin experience (5 years of experience), I'm very friendly and patient. I'm familiar with ALL the admin commands. Including cvars and rcon. My talkative skills (In English) are not so great, but I'm communicating throw chat easly and most of the time. I 100% understand English speakers. I know my way around SourceBans. I have a strong will to help the server grow and keep the enjoyment and peace.

1PM GMT Until 1AM GMT (Israel Standard Time UTC+02:00/03:00)
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
Cheating: Instant Pban.
Toxic Behaviour: 1st time I will warn the player. the next time, he will be mute/gagged for an 1/2 hours, depends on what happend.
Call Admin for no reason: 1st time I will warn the player, the next time he will be banned for 1 hour. If the Call Admin troll will keep happening after the 2nd punishmentt, he will be banned for at least 3-5 hours.
AFK: I will move the player to spectator team, If the same players goes too many time AFK, he will be kicked.
Non-English Language: 1st time I will warn the player, the next time he will be muted/gagged for a few minutes.
Earrape/Voice Spam: Instant mute for a few minutes. 2nd time he will be kicked out of the server. If the player is always being reported for doing earrape or spamming the voice chat (including proof) He will be muted for atleast 10 hours.
Chat Spam: most of the servers have the flood plugin so It might not be a problem, But if the player still manage to spam the chat I will warn him for the 1st time, If its keep happening again he will be gagged for 15/30 minutes.
Pornographic Spray: Instant Spray Ban, If the player want me to unban the spray he must send proof that he changed his spray.
Is there any other information you would like us to know about?
I'm not a veteran player in Flux community. (You may consider me even as a "new" member) But you can be sure that my intentions are to keep the servers safe and friendly.
