about vsh in jailbreak i have suggestion to make atleast more fun and let reds have a chance like other servers

a specific base dmg for hale ( 202 ) so it gives overhealed meds and spys and any other class with above 202 hp atleast 2 hits for

VSH server was replaced with x1000 due to the lack of players and it being the least performing server
