Why would you like to become a moderator?
Me and other people love this server and sometimes some people ruin the fun breaking the rules. Sometimes I see people breaking the rules like micspamming, being offensive, and cheating. I play on that server all the time so I thought I could be useful.

If they're being toxic/offensive I would first mute them for a 30 min, 4 hours, 2 days, a week, permanently. If they micspam I would mut them for 30 min, 2 hours, 4 hours, 1 day, a week, a month, permanently. And if they're cheating I could ban them for a month and if they did it again I would perm ban them. Spawncamp with lvl 3 sentries - 30 min, 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, 2 days, a week, permanently.

When I first started playing on Flux.tf I used to be kind of toxic, but as I played and made some friends there I learned to be more polite to other players. Please accept the fact that i've learn from my mistakes. I also like to joke arround, so if I say the word "noob" or "mge 1v1" do not take it seriously. Im chill to people that are chill to me.

Regarding your punishment ladder, it is inconsistent, take the 2 punishments that I have quoted above. They both have different durations. May I ask why that is as such?

And if they're cheating I could ban them for a month and if they did it again I would perm ban them.

Just wanted to let you know that cheating is a permanent ban.

Spawncamping with lvl 3 sentries are not punishable. It is only punishable when the spawncamper is actively camping all 3 exits (hightower) / 2 exits (cp_orange). If a player chooses to camp on 1 exit, it is not punishable.

The thing is, apple, my way of playing is annoying but im not doing nothing wrong. And people get angry sometimes and they start getting toxic. And yes im saying that everyone starts getting toxic to me. The server is filled with rage quitters. I never start getting toxic and if I do im joking and I clearly say on vc that im joking. And yes I could change the fact that I get revenge when someone is being toxic at me if other ppl dont like it.
