This isn't a freekill, the warden said "bombrush to my warden markers and afk-freeze upon arrival". While the pyro was baiting, the first time you hit him, he was in your melee range and you hit him without having to detour. After the first hit you had to detour to try and hit him again which makes it force bait as the order was for you to bombrush to the warden marker, meaning no detouring or delaying.
