After consulting some staff , the action reported seems like a minor thing ; Aiding rebellers surely is prohibited but he only broke a breakable leading to armoury and such action doesn't seem that big of a thing , compared to aiding them by not killing the kos ones , besides he did it at the very beginning of the round , its not as if he did it when they were nearby it to facilitate the weaponising process ; Thus this report is declined
