Invalid Really suspect guy on Orange 100% Crits.

Hi, I would like to get some checks on this guy: [U:1:1511917245] / STEAM_0:1:755958622 / https://flux.tfstats.tf/player/3544167

He is really suspect and have perfect reflexes and only headshots.
I'm spectating him, and i'm thinking about a really good silent triggerbot because he doesn't have a really perfect tracking, but he never miss a shot. Maybe a Wallhack+Triggerbot, i don't know. But it has to be reviewed.

Edit: Just checked and he's the guy we talked about in #requesthelp. He changes names very very often.
