Resolved Opitimizing !repeat

Sometimes when playing jb when players are asking for repeats you have to type out the whole word which could get tedious and if you're not fast enough you could just get killed as ive seen this happen to a couple of reds. So i propose you shorten the command to be !r as many people are accustomed to the shorter version and find out it doesn't exist.
I also suggest there be a whistle sound effect added to the repeat so wardens who dont catch it are at least more alerted to it. It can be any sound effect but something that could catch the wardens attention and prevent unnecessary freekills.

I'm not too accustomed to Jailbreak as a whole. @AinsleyH or @Dovakin3004 your thoughts?

Added !r as shortened repeat. I've left the sound until further opinion, plus I couldn't be bothered to go trawling through all of TF2's sound files looking for a suitable sound myself.
