Declined Jerry's Admin application

- Specify your timezone and rough playtime's : I usually can be on seven days a week but if i'm not on during Monday - Thursday I most likely will be 2x active on weekends. I usually come on around 5 PM GMT to 10 or 11 PM GMT. Perhaps later on weekends to maybe 12PM

- Have you been an admin before and where? Unfortunately I have not been admin on any tf2 servers but I do have experience with being admin on discord servers owned by me and friends with around 40 - 50 people on those servers.

- What servers are you primarily applying for? I'm mainly applying for EU Jailbreak but i'm open to any jb servers.

- Which admins (if any) do you know? Zblock (He's one of the first admins I saw and a good friend)
ImpossibleZ (Same with zblock a good friend and I supported him when he applied)
Adam (Death) (We see eachother on servers alot he's a cool guy)
Ramen (Same as adam)
Katlander (Same as zblock, one of the first admins I saw and also a good friend)
Ainsley (Although i don't see him much he's a cool guy)
There are others I know but don't interact as much with them.

- Are you familiar with the admin role and commands? ie - what is expected of you: Unfortunately I am not familiar with the admin role and commands as I said before, But I am learning all of the commands at the moment and will continue to.

- Why would you be a good addition to the servers as an administrator? I feel I would be a good addition due to me being in the community a long time I know alot of people on the servers. I highly enjoy playing flux jb as it's one of the only things i still play on TF2. I am highly active on discord, although I have a schedule for servers I can come on if there is need for it. I am highly active also on forums and discord.

- Give us a brief rundown of punishments you'd give out to users breaking different rules.
Freekilll - 1. Slay and inform of the rules -. 2. Slay with hour teamban - 3. 6 hour teamban - 4. 24 hour teamban
Mass freekill - 1. 12 hour teamban - 2. 24 hour teamban - 3. Perm teamban
No mic on blu - Perm TeamBan unless player proves to have a mic
Hacking - Perm ban with a demo proving the player is hacking
Illegal ff - 1 Slay with warning of teamban - 2. Hour teamban - 3. 6 hour teamban - 4 1 day teamban
Disrespect/Racism/Being toxic - 1. Warn - 2 Hour mute/gag - 3 6 hour mute/gag - 4 1 day mute/gag

- Anything else you'd like to add - maybe a bit about yourself, ie - interests, hobbies, education, etc etc
I am currently entering Honors for math class, German and english at my school. As years are different here in Ireland than the uk I am in 3rd year (15 - 16) of Secondary school. I am also beginning computer programming at the moment. Unfortunately I can't show off that i'm doing any sport as i'm not sporty. I do enjoy playing games with or without friends and am currently playing The Evil Within 2 on the PS4

I understand a lot of people are going to say that I'm immature,toxic and all of that stuff. If you do feel this way about me, I'm sorry. From here on in I will try act in a more professional behavior if I become admin and will continue to act that way from here on. Thank you for understanding. Even before this I've been trying my best to act in a good behavior as I feel I've been causing a lot of trouble with being as I said, immature and sometimes toxic.

- Past punishments by me (multiple warnings, slains and teambans) for killing reds with the car - "they should have moved", "they were in my way"
- Muted by me for mic spamming (showing loud ass fireworks)
- Regular inactive guard (plays with car in obby as a pirate...?)
- Immature at times but behaviour changes when admin is online (I went with alt and played, behaviour was very immature, lots of kills with cars and regularly being an inactive guard)
- Doesn't enforce most rules, lets them carry on until it annoys him sometimes (E.g: telling player to stop spamming)
- Mains jailbreak servers (never seen anywhere else)

Pros:
- Good mic, speaks well and confidently
- Sometimes enforces comm related rule breaking with donor commands
- Active and good playtime
- Has a great reputation across the servers

Even though we're friends that like eachother, it's not right to favour certain players. This is my full description of you.

Take note that some happened in November so hopefully you have improved.

Yes, I do admit I have been inactive as a guard, and got some punishments from Engie. These were in Late October - early November and I do apologize for it all. It was my fault and ever since i'm trying to improve with each of them as enforcing rules more (As I think i'm doing good on now). I understand also that I main jailbreak servers and will try my best to go on deathrun and other servers. Either way, I'm sorry for causing you trouble and thank you for the feedback

However, I was watching you lately and you were behaving well, following the rules, and using your donor abilities appropriately. In that case, I'll be giving this app a +1

Even if I get declined I still wish to improve my behavior. Recently I feel I have become quite immature on flux servers as I said with the reply on Engie's comment that I have caused him trouble and I apologize for it. Even before this admin application I feel like I have been highly approving on my behavior and will continue to do so if this gets Accepted or Declined.

Has some weird twisted logic that you can't kill someone in jailbreak unless you visibly see them break a warden's order. Regarding that, also lied and donor abused about it. Pretty sure you've said several times in the discord that you hate this server and that it's 'gone to shit'. You also constantly admit that you're 'a cunt' to everyone.

I don't remember me donor abusing at all, I'm sorry you think that I did and all but not to be rude or anything, I feel like you abused much more then I did I won't go off topic on this application but if you wish to talk about it you know my discord. And as for the discord thing I said that all in a day i was at a low, I won't go into details but I was highly stressed due to exams and such coming and making sure I don't fail. I do highly regret it since. As for calling people "cunts" that's just how I usually speak, yes I know it is immature and I have been cutting down on it a lot during December and still to now.

If you are wondering, no I did not plan this a month before. I only began thinking about it one to two days before I made the application and before that as a joke.
And as I said with Engie's response I wish to mature myself due to the fact that I feel like i'm becoming much more toxic then I have before and I apologized to him for it. As well as that, I have said and still stand by that I will stay mature and friendly even if this gets declined.
