Why would you like to become a moderator?
I want to become a moderator/admin at Flux because I want to help keep the servers clean of cheaters and overall bad people. Sometimes there are no admins on and I have to wait a very long time, or they just don't show up, so that's also a motivation for me wanting to apply.

Other than that?: Well I have been an admin in CS 1.6 servers before and that went really really well.

I also feel like I would be useful as moderator/admin because I have a history of cheating, of course I don't cheat anymore, I quit cheating in early 2021 as a new year's resolution. But before that, from about 2018 - the end of 2020 I was cheating on and off in various games including tf2. So I think I'm qualified enough to at least be able to help admins ban cheaters.

Honestly any time I'm free, I get on whenever I feel like playing.

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
General toxicity (excl. being abusive towards staff) - 1 week com mute.

Toxicity towards staff - If Racism/Transphobia/Homophobia etc. - 7 month com mute. If anything else like trash talking - 1 day com mute

Racism/Transphobia/Homophobia etc. - If no earlier offense 7 months com mute. If earlier offense - permanent com mute.
Griefing - 2 weeks ban.
Cheating - Permanent ban.

Exploiting (going out of the map etc.) - 1 month ban, if it happens again then 2 months, if it happens one more time after that then 3 months, if it continues by the same player - permanent ban.

Ban evading - Permanent ban.

Is there any other information you would like us to know about?
I'm somewhat sensitive to some things, so I'll be quicker to mute someone that attacks me for something that I can't control. But I'm still trying to work on that.
