Why would you like to become a moderator?
I was a previous staff member for flux, I loved it, the community. And I had to retire because I went to my first year of college and had to leave many things back there. But i'm back now, I've established myself back on tf2 and flux. I still play it a ton, and would like to moderate that server once more. I notice we got some people who abuse the warden role and blue team in general. Since I'm from the US i have a different time zone compare to the rest and can be on when others cannot.

When are you usually available to play?
US time usually from 4:30 till 2:00
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
Depending on the situation I would try to handle punishments that fit the crime, if its a first time offender i'll usually give a warning and a slay. However if its a repeat offender i'll give a warning but be more quick to action and give a punishment based on their previous punishments. Usually following the ladder.
