Thank you for your report.
The person in question, "Ignis The Fire Wizard" has clearly donor abused at the start of the demo. His disrespectful behaviour is also very prevalent. Therefore I will be sanctioning a 3 1/2 day mute.

@Noodl possible instance of donor abuse, please may you look at it.
