Why would you like to become a moderator?
I’ve played on flux.tf and blackwonder 100% crit servers my whole tf2 “career” and over the years I’ve seen a massive increase in cheaters, especially in these particular servers.
I know there are a few moderators/admins who specifically play on these same servers, but aren’t on when there are 1 or 2 cheaters destroying the fun. I have several years of knowledge as an admin and now I noticed more closet cheaters in tf2 than before.
Not many people seem to notice them and that’s why many of them don’t get reported. I would like to help other people have a cheater free experience because that’s partly why I myself decided to hop on community servers originally back in the day.

I’m going to back to school again this autumn, so I will usually be able to play daily during 4pm to 10pm UTC+3
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
I’m always going to record proof (demo, screenshot etc.) before punishing anybody. I know most, if not all exploits and cheats in tf2. Blatant cheaters will receive an instant punishment, but some closet cheaters might need a 2nd opinion from another staff member.
Cheating (Aimbot, wallhack, etc):
Instant permanent ban.
Spawncamping:
1st. a warning
2nd. a warning and a slay
3rd. an hour ban.
4th. a day ban
5th. a two day ban.
6th. a week ban
7th. a 2 week ban
8th. a month ban
9th. a 3 month ban
10th. a permanent ban
Abusing !calladmin:
1st. a warning
2nd. 30min ban
3rd. an hour ban.
4th. a day ban
5th. a two day ban.
6th. a week ban
7th. a 2 week ban
8th. a month ban
9th. a 3 month ban
10th. a permanent ban
Exploiting:
Cheating (Using exploits, such as abusing thirdperson or invis spy detecting)
1st. a warning, then a few day ban

Griefing:
The most common way of griefing on orange is building teleporters to spawn for enemy spies to enter, so I issue the following:

2nd. a 30min mute and/or gag
3rd. a 2 hour mute and/or gag
4th. a week mute and/or gag

7th. 6 month mute and/or gag
8th. permanent mute and/or gag
Inappropriate/Offensive Spray (I believe flux has these disabled(?), but in case they bring them back):
1st. a warning
2nd. 1 hour spray ban
3rd. a day spray ban
4th. a week spray ban
5th. a month spray ban
6th. a year spray ban
7th. permanent spray ban
Voice and/or Chat Spam:
1st. a warning
2nd. a 30min mute and/or gag
