A very casual application, therefore a casually taken response from me.

Grammatical errors, lots of them.
Application still feels rushed, not really good, and kind of feels like you are willing for powers in the server.
I've seen you a lot in the server, and honestly, you enforced rules and really friendly but unfortunately, all admins are supposed to have good grammar and good spelling, as this is an English Community.
I'm very sorry, but I'm saying NO.
You seem like a pretty good player, but you'll need to improve your grammar.

Okay, let's take a look.

Pros:

• Familiar with other admins.
• Knows the rules on Jailbreak.

Neutral:

• Age is quite low, but I'll let it slide. (As adamx is 11 too.)
• No Admin Experience.
• No list of Possible Punishments.

Cons:

• Poor Text Formatting and Structure.
• Poor Grammar.
• Wanting a position of power.
• The application is written as if were talking to a friend.
• The application is rushed.
• Not much difference between this "retry" and the earlier application.

Okay, this application is one of the best examples out there of what NOT to do when writing an application.
It's rushed, written as if talking to a friend, poor grammar and has very bad text structuring.
What's very disappointing is that there is very little difference between your original post and the "retry". (Which is obviously this post.)
Judging by your writing, it also seems that you just want a position of power.
You need to also understand that being an Admin is not a "Bonus Fun" privilege. It is a privilege to help assist players, enforce the rules and just be friendly with the community in general, whilst also simultaneously trying to keep the Flux.tf community positive.
