In my opinion, it would be the blues fault if they were in a difficult situation for not suppressing the reds. Also, what does psychology have to do with removing an order? It shouldn't make the guards feel confident because that means that they would just abuse the order like they always do...

motivating is kinda dumb in my opinion, I'd rather just give a time limit to the reds. It's a lot easier this way and motivating is pretty much just so the blue can play the minigame and sometimes they will die in it.
