- I have not been an Admin in any TF2 servers, but as I've seen, I know how admin commands and such work. !kick, !ban and such. As for the responsibilities of a server admin, I've learned alot by serving to alot communities in Garry's Mod. Some SCP-RP servers, most of them closed due to being a moderated DarkRP rip-off and such, HL2RP servers, MilitaryRP servers and such. I've served for a long while as server moderator/administrator/coordinator and even co-owner. I know the responsibilities and required attitude for the task.

- What servers are you primarily applying for?

- I honestly dislike all server types, excluding Trade and Deathrun, so those two.

- Which admins (if any) do you know?

- I do not know any admins, as I am fairly new to the community, yet active.

- Are you familiar with the admin role and commands? ie - what is expected of you

- Yes, I am familiar with admin commands as they are nothing different than !kick, !ban, !kill, !mute, etc.
- As for the responsibilities of a server administrator ; A Server Administrator is responsible of both enforcing the rules of the server to it's players with a positive, yet unbiased style. In addition, they are the "line of defense" against script users, exploiters and such. They are expected to be mature, serious, professional and DEFINITELY NOT a sour faced maniac, instead, being a cheerful, understandable and a logical person to be able to successfully assist players of the server.

- Why would you be a good addition to the servers as an administrator?

- Simply because I know alot about in-game moderation, and enforcement of rules in an ethical way instead of jamming the punishment in. I am competent, hard working, understanding and quick-learning. I realize my mistakes, and try my best to learn from them, in order to be a fit staff member for the server I am serving to, and to be a fair admin within servers.

- Give us a brief rundown of punishments you'd give out to users breaking different rules.

- As for the most common fraction of rule in my opinion, people intend to use their microphones to ear r*pe, mic-spam and emmit music to other players. I would follow these steps.

- First fraction of this restriction ; I would simply warn the player with a gentle, and kind tone to give the feeling of being cooperative, and understanding.

- Second fraction of this restriction ; I would warn the player once again, but this time, my behavior would be alot more serious, authoritic and direct. If the player is one of those "ignore everything and do whatever you want" type, I would mute them after second fraction from the range of 15 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on how cancerous the microphone abusement is.

- Third fraction ; Regardless of their behavior, I would mute the player for at least 20 minutes, at max, 60 minutes. If the player has already been muted due to this fraction before, the minimum would be 45 minutes, maximum being 120. As you can guess, fourth being a kick, fifth being a ban that lasts from 60 to 180 minutes.


- Second rule violation of my choice ; Flaming/cussing. In general, text/voice harassment and insult.

- My first punishment for this violation would be a direct, and serious warning instead of a gentle one.

- My second punishment would be a direct warning once again, in addition, a mute that lasts from 10 minutes to 30 minutes.

- My third punishment would be an improvement in the length of the mute, from 45 to 120 minutes.

- My final, and fourth punishment would be a ban that lasts from 60 to 180 mins, once again.

This is all I wish to explain for now.

- Anything else you'd like to add - maybe a bit about yourself, ie - interests, hobbies, education, etc etc

- I honestly do not wish to explain alot of things about myself, excluding my education, being a university on the topic ; Law, and three of my hobbies ; Boxing, swimming and parkour.

Pros:
-Has been around the community for a long time.
-Knows a few Sourcebans commands
-Can administrate Deathrun servers, usually the mode with not many admins on it.

Neutral Qualities:
-I don't think I have ever seen you in-game, especially in the Trade server.
-Has no real admin experience, but everyone has their first time.

Cons:
-Spammed to reach at least 10 posts to unlock the admin applications(Which is a bit strange as you have been here for a while).
-Doesn't know any admins at the moment, which could explain why I haven't seen him in game.
-Is lacking punishments(Only 2 server-wide violations are listed, where are the ones for Trade and Deathrun?).
-Punishments are mostly incorrect. The micspam punishments are usually 30 to 120 minutes when given, and if continuous, it can be given for a day or more depending on how many previous comm blocks they have. For disrespecting players, we aren't too harsh on it, but when it does happen, it is usually the same for micspam punishments. However, we do not ban people for this offense.

I recommend staying off the applications until you know more about the community, the admins, and the punishments. For now you can edit the application to make it better if you want to. Since I have not seen you in game, I am giving a Neutral learning towards -1.
