Any other proof you have Note: applied !votemute and !votegag commands. I'm simply making this post as I'm not staff and am unfamiliar of the longevity of those commands and whether further action on your guys part will be taken.

Other people present can also attest to the VC racism to why the mute was applied, which lead to the gag being applied in the photos above

For further clarification that I didn't include in the post ( I've nearly been up 24 hours now). Kid was repeatedly making racist remarks in VC. I warned him politely to tone it down but didn't care too much as nobody in the server really cared either. The kid stopped for a few minutes to play some music through his mic. Afterwards, he continued to scream numerous racial profanities (even causing his mom to check up on him O.O) which is when people started becoming sick of him. I started a !mutevote, which lead to the situation in the screenshots captured above and a !gagvote
