the point is that no one hasn't spray banned saltysalt so i have to be the one who actually does it

I warn the player to change their nude spray, removing it using commands in the process.
If the player hasn't changed it, its a one hour ban which is long enough to change.
If not done again, has been before, its a day and so on.

Its not top priority since it's somewhat harmless, however it is common sense to change that spray since kids play, and it's not good if they see porn underage.

It says "No inappropriate content" in the server rules by the way.

I was on the server when it happened and he just had this horrible GIF of Engie and Sniper (I think) doing anal, too much information? Well anyways he had been warned for inappropriate content so if he continues call an admin then just let the admin spectate him, ALSO we cant see the screenshot, what I recommend is just normally taking a screenshot like you do ingame, then post it to your steam profile and put it on private or something like that so people can see it.

I don't think reporting on a spray is the most important thing to report on at the moment. I do admit I have a suggestive spray but it's a joke. Sprays are supposed to be jokes I hope this gets declined due to that fact

But that does change if it's being racist. Then I feel you can remove it
